Blogs, podcasts and CRM, oh my!

It's August, and anyone who knows the technology market knows that
news tends to slow to a crawl.
The analyst firms begin the summer with a flurry of June reports on
market size, the competitive landscape and the top five best
practices. But, before they've all been read, the analysts disappear
to the beach; hide out in their offices for some serious research; or
do whatever it is analysts do in the summer.
Meanwhile, the software vendors take a break from major releases,
sniping at their rivals and blasting out marketing to rest up for the
big user conferences in the fall. Europe seems not to bother with the
month of August.
But there are still businesses to be run, sales forecasts to meet,
customers to answer to, marketing materials to get in order and CRM
technology decisions to be made.
That's where SearchCRM.com comes in. Our Voices of CRM podcast series
