We don't have to tell you that gasoline prices jumped again, as you can see it at the gas stations along the streets and highways. But for the nation as a whole, the price rose 8.4 percent September over August. The approximately 13.8 percent drop in the price of gasoline we enjoyed during August just couldn't last.
