Which Business Structure is the Best for Building Business Credit?

The best structure for building

Business Credit is one that will:

  *  Separate you from your business.

  *  Have it's own tax identification number.

  *  Separate the debts of the business from
    that of the stockholders/officers.

The business structures that will do these are:

  *  S-Corporation

  *  C-Corporation

  *  Limited Liability Company (LLC)

We are not saying that a sole
proprietorship or a partnership
can not build business credit. 
The biggest problem is, the
 business will not be separate
from the owners.  We will work
with any business structure
but we recommend using a
 corporation at
