End proscratination - forever.
Do you have to do something but you
keep putting it off? Use a basic kitchen
timer to put a little challenge into
your day.
1. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
2. Then say to yourself "let's see if I can
complete the task in 15 minutes or less!"
- and have a race against the timer.
Put on some loud music if you want. Make it fun.
