Amit, the clock is ticking...

Hello, Amit

It's Tellman here, from ADHD Focus.

Just dropping in to share a practical Attention
Deficit Disorder tip with you! Hope you're having
a first rate week!

Amit, did you know that...
Emails coming in randomly can get overwhelming with
too many to-dos.  Here's a simple technique to manage
all that incoming stuff.

First, set a standard time each day to process and
respond to email. (Do not leave the mail program
running and check it every five minutes!)

Use a timer to set a time limit for processing
email so you don't get distracted. If you're a people
person, sort your email by the sender so that you can
respond to all that person's emails at once, like
you're having a conversation with them.

If you're more task oriented, sort by subject line
so you can group like emails together as a task.

This makes it much easier to work with all the
incoming mail you receive.

That's our tip for the week!
Well, thanks again for joining us,

We appreciate you!

Take care,

--Tellman
