Cosmetic Research Corporation will retain its legal name and the newly merged companies will be doing business under the name of Nuvo Cosmetics International in the CTC facility located at 8500 NW 56th Street in Doral, Florida. The primary purpose of the acquisition is to provide both current and future clients with the resources, market share and leadership necessary to meet the challenges of the growing and ever-changing cosmetics market. In recent years, CTC has made critical investments in both equipment and facility improvements that significantly increased their production capacity. CRC sees this added capacity having an immediate impact in the company's ability to provide product diversification and to achieve a faster and more effective production turnaround time.
