There was an interesting development on the IT job market front this
week. Remember the uproar over the propsed increase in H1B visas last
month? Well, it appears American SAP professionals have little to
fear from India. Due to severe IT talent shortage, Gartner is now
advising Indian CIOs to outsource work outside India. We checked in
with SAP career expert Jon Reed for his take on this latest twist in
the saga of SAP professionals' ability to find good jobs in the years
ahead.
